Out-Patient Program

Under the Clinical Direction of

This program integrates mental health and addiction treatment. This program is a focused, client centered approach and includes:

         * Assessment
         * Medication Consultation
         * Medication Management
         * Treatment Planning
         * Individual Therapy
         * Group Therapy

The program incorporates motivational therapy, lifestyle counseling, medication education, relapse prevention and education and support in utilizing community resources for recovery.

In addition, AMHP is able to provide intensive case management for those clients with more severe mental health issues.

People in this program may be in continuing mental health treatment elsewhere.  The staff at AMHP will coordinate the treatment in the Co-Occurring Disorders Program with other practitioners and agencies involved with those clients.
